What are some of the more common signs that you are starting to approach menopause?
I realize that the most common sign that you’ve HIT menopause is cessation of periods, but what about the time preceding? How do you tell if you’re starting to approach menopause?

You find that men pause.
if i was so use my mum as an example, i would say, hot flushes, irritbalilty of the smallest reasons, mood swings.
It varies for everyone but the most common signs are night sweats, inability to sleep, weight gain that you just can’t seem to lose and decrease of sexual desire.
They are now saying that you can experience these symptoms as early as your late thirties!
hot flush,dry and itchy vagina,cessation of cycle,change in behaviour and mental state,change in voice,hirsutism–these all are due to hormonal imbalances inside body
Loss of interest in sex,night sweats,hot flashes,mood swings,aggressive behavior,weight gain,chin hair,wrinkles,joint pain,gee isn’t it great? WAAA!
I am starting menopause, so far i have hot flashes and sometimes i feel like throwing up and have a hard time sleeping and getting mad and having a temper. That is just part of it i heard it gets worse, nothing you can do about it. or if you need talk to your doctor and they can tell you different ways that might help you during this time. Good luck.
you will have a lot of hot and cold flushes,you mood will change,you can be on a high one minute and sad the next.it could last up to 5 years before you start to feel yourself again.
Rapid hair loss, vaginal dryness, loss of desire, moodiness, and other messed up things that i wish i never would have to experience.
